Atlantic Commercial Design's project management personnel are trained to manage all aspects of the project, beginning with the design and interior construction, all the way through the relocation phase. From inception, we will:

• Assume full responsibility for coordinating all project activities
• Ensure that deadlines are met and deliveries are accurate
• Document follow-up activities through project completion
• Create detailed schedules and monitor the progress of internal and external project activities
• Create a project punch list and punch list resolution

For firms relocating to a new facility, we offer an overall coordination of the move, including development of a master plan schedule to guarantee a successful facility move. Our facility relocation services provide you with the following:

• Coordination of a move to a new building, a new space, or for a major reorganization of an existing space
• Client advocacy during the entire relocation process with coordination of all consultants and trades
